Two workers operate a BOBST industrial machine for packaging cardboard in a manufacturing facility.

Corrugated Packaging, Made In-House.

Industrial packaging manufactured inside Weber’s 320,000-square-foot Philadelphia facility.

Start Your Project

More Control From the Start

Most packaging companies buy corrugated sheets from outside suppliers. Weber manufactures its own board, which means production starts sooner, quality stays consistent, and large programs keep moving without depending on an outside supplier to keep pace.

When something changes — a volume spike, a tighter deadline, a spec adjustment — having the corrugator in the same building means it gets handled without starting over.

From Standard Shippers to Custom Builds

Three distinct packaging designs: a colorful hemp product box, a plain coffee box, and an elegant whiskey bottle box.

Not every product ships the same way. Weber produces corrugated packaging in formats built for the weight, fragility, and shipping demands of each application:

  • Regular Slotted Containers (RSC)
  • Die-Cut Corrugated Boxes
  • Double & Triple Wall Containers
  • Bulk Bins & Large Format Packaging
  • Protective Inserts & Dividers

Structural design, prototyping, and ISTA-informed transit testing all happen in-house, so the box is engineered to hold up before production runs.

Built for Real-World Distribution

Getting the packaging right is one part of it. Getting it there on time, at volume, without surprises is the other. Weber produces corrugated packaging built for demanding distribution environments, with board grades selected based on the weight, protection, and shipping demands of the product.

Weber uses SFI-certified corrugated materials, and everything produced is designed to be fully recyclable.

Corrugated from Shipping to Shelf

The same corrugated materials used for industrial packaging are also transformed in-house into a wide range of retail and display applications.
